Flash is not "easy" to learn. After you get some basics down it will be
"easy" to use. Getting there is the hard part. Here are some suggestions.
The people at Learn Flash make many tutorials available free on their
website: www.learnflash.com or simply search for Learn Flash in iTunes and
look under the Video Podcast Section. These will not be total complete
lessons from start to finish, but I have learned a lot from the freebies.
There are many websites, but this one would be a good atarting place. It's
east to understand and very specific:
I found the book, Sams Teach Yourself Flash MX 2004 in 24 Hours on Half.com
for $3.50 including shipping! It's a easy to read step by step manual of
more than 600 pages.
If you want to get to a more in depth check out Lynda Weinman's H.O.T.
series (Hands On Training). Again, you can find these on EBAY and Half.com
reasonably priced. The H.O.T. series also came with a CD with QuickTime
Hope this helps,
