Orbitron
Orbitron is an un-original but fun game based on the old 80s game Thrust, originally available on the BBC Micro and then later Commodore 64 micro computers. The control mechanism is very similar to the Atari arcade game Asteroids (see my flash version) but with more depth to the gameplay, such was demanded by the budding generation of gamers in those days. Oh yes, we were a sophisticated bunch.
The game really is only at beta-test stage, so there may be "undocumented features". Send me an email if you would like to design some levels. My design skills come a very poor second to my programming so I need all the help I can get! The levels are designed using the excellent mappy. I'm toying with the idea of an XBox version using XNA Studio.

Super Sprint
I like the Super sprint becauseSuper Sprint is a simple racing game web site design. Up to three players drive simultaneously on a circuit against opponents controlled by the computer. The circuits are viewed from above and always fit on the screen, so the game never scrolls. After three laps the winner advances to the next circuit. There are 8 circuits in total wireless broadband, but the game only ends if gamers can get to race 85 where the bonus Super Speedway circuit is played. As the player goes to higher levels, more and more obstacles appear on the track, like oil puddles and tiny moving tornadoes. If the car touches them, the player loses control over the car for a short time while it is sliding and spinning isp. Driving into a wall with high speed or falling from one of the bridges destroys the car, but a helicopter will appear to replace it.
